Intramark Ltd plays a leading role in the Hungarian sealing industry for over 3 decades.
Through our 30+ years of experience with seals, we learned what our customers needs really are. We offer a wide range of services and solutions for our partners.
Immediate availability in all 3 facilities with over a staff of 40.
The regions largest stock of more than 40000 sealing articles, with over 3500 sqm of warehouse space combined.
Flat gasket manufactuing up to 3000 mm by 2000 mm in size from materials like: NBR, EPDM, FKM, PTFE, graphite and asbestos-free.
From the year 2022 we began repairing and manufacturing hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders of any kind and size. And because of the instant availibility of seals we are able to get our job done in really short times.
CNC based manufacturing in all 3 facilities up to O.D. 600 mm, from quality raw materials supplied by SKF and DMH.
1991
Establishments of Intramark
Registration of Intramark – founded in Debrecen. Viktor Vantus, company founder and owner, founded a company specialized in the distribution of technical services and sealing products.
1992
Development of distributing oil-seals
Intramark decides to go with a sealing technological company profile and starts to build out a product portfolio and stock, to satisfy their customer’s demands.
1992-2000
Expansion of market capacity
Continuous portfolio and stock expansion, purchase and development of the first Intramark location.
2000
Company management software implementation
Intramark decides in favor of introducing improvements in the company management system – transport capacity, IT software – to speed up its market expansion and specialization.
2001
Introduction of ISO 9001 certification program
2002
Establishment of a Romanian subsidairy
After thorough research in the sealing industry of the neighboring countries, we found a market gap in the Romania sealing industry.
2006
New headquarters
A 400 sqm warehouse and manufacturing facility development in Debrecen.
2007
We open doors in January at our new facility
Installation of a CNC technology lathe machine by DMH, which was able to manufacture seals up to O.D. 400 mm to supply special seals which are not available from stock.
2010
SKF partnership
We began the distribution of SKF sealing products at our Headquarters in Debrecen.
2011
Introduction of commercial and repairing strategy
At the facilites of Intramark beside the commercial service, we have decided to create production bases, technical engineering services and unique sealing technical solutions.
2011
Facility development in Cluj-Napoca
Our new 700 sqm warehouse and manufacturing facility was completed and with that all together we had a staff of 18.
2011
Debrecen – new CNC machine
Installation of a new CNC machine in Debrecen, which was able to manufacture seals up to O.D. 500 mm. Transportation of DMH 400 machine to the Romanian facility.
2015
New facility in Budapest
In Budapest, Intramark is setting up a 1300 sqm new warehouse and production base, purchase of a new SKF NG060 CNC sealing lathe that is able to manufacture even larger seals.
2016
Development of extensive stock
By investing in additional inventory, we are preparing for export activities with an outstanding inventory background both regionally and internationally.
2017
Development of a new HQ building in Debrecen
We decide to create a warehouse base corresponding to international supplier capacity and a local sealing technical service and diagnostic base
2018
International presence – enlarging stock background, expertise, partner centricity
With market and product knowledge in the Central, Eastern European region ,we set out to expand our business model to international markets.
2019
Hannover Messe exhibition
Our company participated at Hannover Messen 2019 with a 20 sqm booth. We introduced our product line in the biggest industrial exhibition in Germany.
2022
New Headquarters in Debrecen
The construction of the new 1550 sqm headquarters in Debrecen was completed. Installation of a new DMH500M CNC lathe machine,6 automated vertical warehouse systems, one flat gasket manufacturing machine (Atom Flashcut Flex), one large size hydraulic cylinder repair bench, and 50 kilowatts of solar panel system.
2023
Green energy at Budapest facility
50 KW capacity of new solar panel system was installed.
